Project Brief
The bespoke design of this elegant Art Deco kitchen aimed to be in keeping with the architectural references of the customer’s 1930’s house and inspired by the owner’s love of Art Deco style. Designed and handcrafted at our Farsley workshop in Yorkshire this special design illustrates perfectly how bespoke design, expert craftsmanship and technology can produce a beautiful and welcoming interior.
Innovative features include curved drawers on the central island that swivel out in either direction and a bespoke spice drawer specially designed to display the jar fronts clearly.

We used walnut and bird’s eye maple with oak lined carcasses and solid oak drawers.
Special features include:
- Natural flow between the units thanks to the use of curves and positioning of the island unit
- Handle-less design
- Minimalist look
- Fabulous wood on show
- Walnut cross-banding and detailing throughout
- Pivot drawers at the end of the island unit to maximise space
- Narrow fitted cabinets at either side of the fridge surround to maximise use of space.
