Designed for production from the start

A well designed, well-made sofa frame or component has to work every time, across a full batch and multiple batches. That comes down to how it’s designed and made. We work closely with designers early on to refine a frame, adjust components and build prototypes to test strength and fit.

We use 3 and 5-axis CNC machining for accuracy and repeatability, especially for curved or more complex forms. From there, everything is finished and checked by hand, so it’s right before it moves forward.

Because we’ve been doing this for years, we know where things can go wrong and how to avoid it. Getting those details right early makes everything smoother later and means there are fewer issues and less waste, which allows us to keep control over time and cost.
