Delivery

Items in stock are available immediately for delivery within 3-5 days of receipt of your order. For items made to order, the delivery time will vary according to the item. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is placed.

Delivery Times

We personally deliver all large pieces of furniture and will arrange delivery with you on a day and at a time that suits you.

For smaller items, we use a standard 2-5 day courier service. A signature is usually required on receipt, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. To arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our team. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order, or if you have chosen to collect your order, a member of our team will contact you with further details.

Delivery Costs

We offer a free delivery service within a 50-mile radius of our workshop in Leeds. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your item from our workshop, and we will be delighted to see you and have a chat with you!

Delivery costs and zones are shown in the table below and will be displayed in your basket once you input your postcode.

Areas including Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands.

IMPORTANT: For Zone 3 and other destinations, including mainland Europe, please call 0113 253 7376 for rates.

Collection

To request a separate delivery quote or to organise your own delivery, you may complete your order by selecting 'collection' at the checkout.

Expedited Delivery

We can provide an expedited delivery service, but this is dependent on stock status and location. Please call for rates.

PO Box Addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required for all deliveries.

BFPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to BFPO addresses at this time.

Returns & Cancellations

If you change your mind or are unhappy with your Dovetailors product we will refund or exchange it provided you let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and that it is returned to us within 28 days or receiving your order in its original packaging and condition.

Postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.
