DELIVERY

The organic shape of our solid wood counter stools adds charm to traditional and contemporary kitchens. Made from solid oak, american walnut or ebonised beech with and cleverly integrated wooden foot rest, each piece is made to order and lovingly hand oiled.

Technologically designed to push the boundaries of innovation, our wood counter stools are carefully crafted using robust mortice and tenon jointing for durability and hand finished.

Thoughtfully designed by Dovetailors in our UK workshop.

Peace of Mind

Our products are built to extremely high standards so that they will withstand many years of use. If you change your mind or are unhappy with your Dovetailors product we will refund or exchange it, if you let us know within 7 days of receiving your item and provided it is returned to us within 28 days in its original packaging and condition. This does not apply to bespoke or personalised items.

Delivery Times

We personally deliver all large pieces of furniture and will arrange delivery with you on a day and at a time that suit you.

For smaller items we use a standard 2-5 day courier service. A signature is usually required on receipt, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. To arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our team. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, or if you have chosen to collect your order, a member of our team will contact you with further details.

Delivery Costs

We offer a free delivery service within a 50 miles radius of our workshop in Leeds. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your item from our workshop and we will be delighted to see you and have a chat with you!
