We realise that it’s quite unusual for a bespoke British furniture designer like us to offer an online ordering service and that’s why online ordering with us is a little bit different from other e-commerce furniture stores.

Our passion for furniture led to us developing a small range of limited edition ready to buy products that can be orde
red “off the shelf” whilst still offering customers the option to tweak the size, shape, wood and design if they need to.
The ready to buy range makes quality British designed furniture accessible to a wider range of customers.
Our customers are typically those who are prepared to invest in unique products, manufactured in house by the designer, but who may not have the time to work closely with us on the design and development of a bespoke product.
How our online ordering process works:
To explain how the ordering process works, we thought it would be useful to run through one of our recent online orders for our glass trestle desk.
The order was placed online and we were notified immediately through our systems. The customer received an acknowledgement and contacted us to clarify delivery terms.
As a bespoke furniture company we have developed excellent customer care and service processes and from the moment a customer clicks to order we keep in touch with them.
We responded to the enquiry about delivery immediately and this was followed up by an email from our creative director David to let the customer know that he would be overseeing the order personally.
David offered the customer a number of options for the glass topped desk and confirmed the delivery timeframe. The customer now had a clear idea of when the product would be delivered and a personal contact for future enquiries.
Work began in our workshop and David emailed the customer a photo of the log of wood that would eventually become his desk, something the customer later told us had been appreciated and
shared.
Once the desk was finished we contacted the customer to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. Due to the delicate nature of this particular product and the distance involved, David travelled with the desk to make sure it was delivered safely.
It was lovely to be able to meet the customer and talk to them about the product as we positioned it in their home.
The customer was extremely happy with the desk and with the service received – and we returned back to Yorkshire satisfied that we had done our job well.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
