Made with expertise
In designing these curved wall shelves, we focused on simplicity, sturdiness and practicality. The floating shelves create a space-saving wall mounted frame which offers great capacity and strength. We have used the traditional jointing technique of mortice and tenon so the wall shelves can be loaded with many objects but keep their core strength.
We have built the frame and shelves using birch ply and oak because they both offer a wonderful combination of beauty, stability, and character. The floating shelves are attached to the wall at the top and bottom using standard screw fixings, leaving the middle shelves floating free from the wall. The 5 shelves are fixed and built to varying width and height so you can display a variety of objects (bowls, candles, artefacts) or create your very own home library.
Finished with care
We have hand-oiled the curved wall shelves with a mix of natural oils and waxes, allowing the wood to breathe and its richness to shine through. This finish is hard-wearing, water resistant and very easy to maintain, making it a family-friendly finish. Perfect for its purpose.

Our products are built to extremely high standards so that they withstand many years of use. If you change your mind or are unhappy with your Dovetailors product we will refund or exchange it, if you let us know within 7 days of receiving your item and provided it is returned to us within 28 days in its original packaging and condition. This does not apply to bespoke or personalised items.

Delivery Times
We personally deliver all large pieces of furniture and will arrange delivery with you on a day and at a time that suits you.
For smaller items, we use a standard 2-5 day courier service. A signature is usually required on receipt, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. To arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our team. If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order, or if you have chosen to collect your order, a member of our team will contact you with further details.
Delivery Costs
We offer a free delivery service within a 50-mile radius of our workshop in Leeds. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your item from our workshop, and we will be delighted to see you and have a chat with you!
